The complex offers beautiful shared outdoor areas, three secured pools, a children’s pool, gardens, a BBQ area, and both outdoor and indoor communal showers and WCs. Casa Kym is conveniently located close to the beach and lively marina, with a wide selection of restaurants and bars. Public transport links are within walking distance. Ideally situated for exploring the region, Duquesa Golf Course wraps around the complex. Please note: Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. Security cameras or audio recording devices may be present on the premises. The property follows eco-friendly practices, including waste separation and water and energy-saving features.
